The Original Tool Box

I’ve already mentioned the Tool Box in my ‘About’ page, but here is pictures of the actual little box. I made this kit just to remind myself of things I could do to stop my brain from going haywire when I have a depression episode. The main thing to do though: is to just do something. Art, walking, dancing, cleaning. Moving helps.

The tools are:

Ratchet: Call someone and ask them to tell you a joke.

Screw driver: Have a friend come over and hang out with you.

Screw: Talk a walk, or dance.

Pliers: Pull apart the negative event that upset you.

Nail: Listen to music.

Hammer: Build a list of reasons why your life is amazing.

The pink slips are jokes.
